Please add proper V-Sync functionality. I have two PCs that I play on and I've #OVISLOOP forced V-Sync on my high end desktop to smooth out the frames and it works well. However, on my Laptop enabling V-Sync via Nvida controls does not seem to function the same and my screen tares.
